Exchanging items will be within 14 days from the day of purchase with an original reciept.
A refund will be given within 48 hours of the arrival of the shipment.
The items must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear.

Exchanging/Returning items will be by 3 different ways according to the cosumer’s preferance:
1. Returning to Rav chanan 15, RBS Rama Dalet.
2. Returning to jerusalem, 34 Sorotzkin street.
3. Delivery from our company on charge the of the costumer.
products on sale can be exchanged whithin 5 days.

ON each cancellation will be a 5% cancellation fee.
Sale items can’t be cancelled.
If you got a damaged product, no cancellation fee will be charged.

All the products are one size, the fabrics are all stretchy and usually fit most heads. For more info please check the product’s description.

We recommend spot cleaning all headwear. Machine washing is not advisable.
